This harness cable is installed to keep the fog lights on when the high beams are activated.
Remove the existing 12v relay on the bike. This would be present if your bike already have driving/fog lights. If your bike has never had fog lights/driving lights than the relay/harness will not be present. You would need to purchase this part in addition to the jumper.
