 *Free Shipping Offer* -  Free standard shipping offer is for most orders totaling $99 or more. Some items are heavy/bulky and will have a flat rate clearly displayed in your check out cart. These items do not qualify for this offer. Offer is valid in the US only and NOT INTERNATIONAL. We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is typographical error*.

Generally you should receive your order within 3-7 business days or sooner for the "Free Delivery Option".


SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY: *We may elect to add signature required on delivery to certain packages that exceeds a certain value at no extra cost to you. YOU MUST NOTE ON YOUR ORDER COMMENTS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO WAIVE THIS OPTION if you know that you have a secure location and do not require signature for delivery.


UPGRADING TO EXPRESS DELIVERY:
*If you choose express delivery it does not mean it ships the same day, your package ships after 24-48 hours (processing time) + transit time.
*Next day air, 2nd day or 3rd day is after 24-48  hours after the order is processed.
*We primarily ship via UPS, USPS ground services. 


CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER LOCALLY?
No, we are an e-commerce company and ship from different warehouse locations. We do not offer will-call or walk in service. All orders must be placed online or purchased thru an authorized dealer.

SoCalMotoGear ships merchandise worldwide using UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL. If you do not see the FREE SHIPPING icon under the product description, simply add the merchandise to your cart and enter your address to see real time shipping costs.

There are a few important things to keep in mind:

  • Products may ship separately from different warehouses. Most items ship from our CA warehouse.
  • Available shipping methods vary depending on products and shipping destinations.
  • Merchandise that is in stock usually ships within 24-48 hours. 
  • "Free Shipping" applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.
  • Shipments to Canada are treated as all other international shipments. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees. 


INTERNATIONAL: 
International shipments are via UPS worldwide. Add the item to your basket to calculate the shipping quote. Transit times varies but is usually within 5-10 business days. Free shipping offer typically does NOT apply to international orders (orders outside of the United States). It is the recipient's responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes/brokerage fees that may apply due to recipient's country rules and  regulations.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: You can purchase our products from our CANADIAN DEALER (www.admorelighting.com) and save on shipping and duty fees. 


RETURN POLICY (30 DAY) :
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any new, unused item for a full product refund.  Actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the product credit unless the return is a result of our error. Simply email our customer service team for a return authorization number. Merchandise may be returned if the purchase was made at www.SoCalMotoGear.com and if they meet the following criteria: Products must be in original, un-installed, un-opened manufacturers' packaging and in brand new condition (just as you received it) to be eligible for return. Return requests must be made within 30 DAYS of invoice date. A 20% restocking fee may apply. All other returns must be processed through original authorized seller (dealer). Returned merchandise for any other reason other than warranty claims must be in like new condition and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returns are subject to inspection for determination of full or partial credit. Any returned part that shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. All returned electrical items will be inspected & tested. If electrical item is deemed functional, no credit will be issued & item will be returned.

 If your shipment arrives and is missing any parts, no problem. Just contact us within 5 days of the receipt of the order. We will have the replacement items shipped to you from the quickest source available, using the same expedited shipping method you used for your original order.


EXCHANGES:

Please note that we cannot exchange items. Simply place a new order for the items you would like. When the original order is returned a credit will be issued for the items.

RETURN SHIPPING:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping costs.

REFUNDS: *Under no circumstances will we reimburse for any labor or shop charges relating to installation, delay or availability of parts*.
Refunds are issued back to your credit card after inspecting the returned product and determining if the product's condition meets the above return criteria. 


1. You must email

2. Please include the reason why you are wanting to return the product.
3. Once your request is submitted, you will receive a response from our C/S team with instructions on how and where to return the product.
4. Return the item and be sure to note the tracking number should the item get lost during transit.

*For all warranty replacements, we charge a small shipping/handling fee to process and ship the replacement.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: SOCALMOTOGEAR/PATHFINDERLED PRODUCTS:

SoCalMotoGear warrants to the original purchaser that goods will be free from defects in workmanship & assembly from one year following date of receipt whether purchased direct or from an authorized dealer/distributor. Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) required. At our option, we may repair or replace defective items with the same or similar selling item, or refund the cost of the defective item(s). There is no additional warranty for the replacement part, only where the warranty had left off within the 1 year coverage. Customer pays for shipping and handling charges that are associated with the warranty replacement item(s). This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, misuse, modifications or failure to follow instructions. There are no express warranties beyond those set forth herein. Under no circumstances we will reimburse for any labor or shop charges. We are not responsible for shipping or return freight charges. Our warranty only applies within the United States. International customers must contact their dealers for specific dealer warranty policies which differ from country to country.
