Due to different installation variations, it is recommended to be professionally installed.

I can SEE!

I tried these out last night was better able to see the deer that lurk on the edge of the road at night. I have never personally hit one (My friend has), but I do a lot of cross country riding on back roads at night and have had hundreds of various animals cross my path as I ride and this will indefinably help. I haven't found the best place to put the switch and am not sure about the battery draw from the LED on the switch.

I bought the combo package consisting of the mirror brackets, lamps and wiring harness. Everything fit perfectly. The install was easy with the harness. The lights brighten up the road great. Highly recommend.

Just bought a 3 .5" auxiliary lamps for my Goldwing and very impressed especially riding up in the mountains at night can see everything great product

I left out at 4:30am to ride to the breakfast stop before leaving for Arkansas. I followed a friend from a distance and turned them on and they lit up the roadway. The lights made the roadway much clearer and did not have trouble seeing the "leftovers" or the bad spots in the roadway. Oncoming traffic never indicated the lights were in their eyes. Distance wise: I have them set between the stock low and high beams.

Love these lights. I use them on the country roads on my way to work on early mornings. They do a great job of illuminating all the places that critters like to scamper out from. More of a flood than a spot. Go ahead and get the relay switch kit. The only defect was the stainless mounting bolts. The threads wouldn't allow you to get close to tightening them or getting them off. Overall though, very happy with them.
