INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 
We accept international orders, however, we may ask for additional verification to prevent fraudulent orders. International shipments are via UPS worldwide.
Just add the item to your basket to calculate the shipping quote. Transit times varies but is usually within 6-15 business days but in most cases orders arrive much sooner. I
t is your responsibility to pay for duties, taxes or brokerage fees to a non-US address.

DUE TO FRAUD PROTECTION: In order to complete your order for shipment, you may be required to submit additional information for verification. We may ask you for a copy of your Identification / copy of the front and back of credit card used / address verification. If you are unable or unwilling to submit this information, your order will be cancelled to ensure security of the cardholder. Information requested will be from "service@socalmotogear.com" . Thank you for your compliance.
NOTE: Packages are shipped with tracking without additional charges. At this time, we cannot ship packages with "signature required". 
Please be sure that someone will be available to receive the package or that it can be left in a safe/secure area. Track your package so that you can be aware of when it should arrive. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

If you require assistance with a product you purchased, please contact us via email first. We may be able to assist you in resolving any questions or issues you may be having with the product or installation. We are here to help. If the issue cannot be resolved, then we will need to issue you an RMA number which is required in order to proceed with a return or exchange of any product. For any replacements/exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
