[G18RPK] GL1800 REAR LED CONVERSION KIT

I installed This upgrade myself, the relay Was easy to reach, I removed the speaker trim and loosened and lifted the cluster/nav unit (did not unplug it) I used a bungee cord and hooked it to the top of the windshield and the relay was fairly easy to reach and unplug (dead center in the fairing) and add the new HD relay with its short harness, the trick is securing it so its away from the steering, check it before you reassemble the cluster, the lights are so much better I could not believe it, You will notice that the lights are 100% more visible on a bright sunny day, at night they just POP! My friends call me the Rain Man, When I show up the wet stuff follows me, in Bad visibility conditions these will be worth every cent, Five Stars from me, Thanks SoCal

The video helped to install the lights greatly. The replacement flasher does not have the same clip on its side as the original flasher. I used a tie strap but would feel better if it had the same clip as the original and went back in the same place. I have it tied down somewhere at this time.

We tested each light as we installed them so we could see a difference between the original bulb and the LED bulbs. Literally night and day! YOu can really see a difference at night when you hit the brakes. It will be hard for someone to NOT notice you!

Our riding group had a maintenance day where we get together and help each other work on our bikes. I added the rear LED's and the front turn signal cover (in clear). They work great and really caught everyone's eye.

I installed the lighting the day after I received them and today was my first ride, a few of the other riders were impressed with the difference in the LED lighting compared to the old conventional lights. Thank you

Lights were a great improvement over the regular lights. Even though I had 2 lights that shorted out they were both replaced immediately. Great service.

At first glance, you think, this might get to be hard, but it was very easy. Turning on the power to the lights was a great idea as several were in wrong and just had to be turned around to work. The flasher switch was a little harder but watched the videos and went in the console side was easy and quick. Was a little tight for hands but all systems working great..

The order came very quickly and was well packaged. Although I haven't installed the lights yet, ordering from this supplier has been a great experience!
